He had expected Dazai to go along with Chuuya's suggestion, because it was an excuse to drop it, to get drunk somewhere public where they wouldn't be able to talk about it anyway. Chuuya doesn't really want to go to a bar, either, but he would have done it, for the excuse to stay close to Dazai.
But he doesn't comment. He just pulls out his phone, and starts ordering a cab, because they're too far from his apartment to walk.]
