[When Dazai is in moods, he wanders. Around the port, around the city. He doesn't plan on where he's going, and he knows the layout of this place like the back of his hand, so he's not worried about getting lost or finding his way home--not that he really cares right now, anyway. He's in one of those moods. Maybe if he finds a particularly swollen river, he'll jump in; maybe not. It depends on if he thinks it'll be more of a pain than it's worth.
He's thinking about Chuuya too much lately, which is also a pain. Things are so bothersome lately that the rafters of his ceiling really look quite tempting, but everything in the ADA is so busy that he's ended up disappearing again for a few days, as he does. He'll show up eventually, but right now he feels like being out in the rain, and at least the fresh air will be better than his apartment, where he feels like either pacing the floors or drinking himself to sleep.
God, he hates Chuuya. If Dazai could just stop thinking about him, things would be wonderful. Or at least passable. His hair is getting wet, but his coat keeps him more or less dry; umbrellas are too troublesome, too. Maybe if he walks for long enough, he'll get bored thinking about Chuuya and whatever the hell that had been-

He'd know that figure anywhere. Shorter than average, with a posture stance that nags at his least pleasant dreams. Oh, he really just needs to turn around and get the fuck out of here before something irritating happens, like Chuuya noticing, but...
He should be resting, and Dazai knows it. He knows it too well, honestly, the recovery rate for Chuuya after using Corruption, dependent on how long he'd let it go for. He'd had to know for their partnership, that's all. And it's definitely too soon for Chuuya to be out here in the rain, sounding like he's about to keel over. Gritting his teeth, Dazai tells himself it's none of his business if Chuuya wants to work himself to death even as he walks towards him.]
